
This report has been created as a result of the cooperation of Endeavor Turkey and Melon in January 2023. Results include benchmarks for compensation and rewards practices on many topics such as salary increases during the year, year-end salary increase plans, non-cash benefits such as private health insurance, stock options, training and development supports, time-off policies, hybrid and remote work policies. The report analyzes a specific topic in depth each year. The special topic of this report is: retaining the talent in a hyper-inflationary environment.
